Booking Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 35% of the total cost of your booking is required to confirm your reservation.
The deposit must be received within 7 days of your booking request and is non-refundable.
If the deposit is not received within 7 days, we will consider the booking as cancelled. The full sum (less the deposit paid) is due 6 weeks before the date of your arrival. If you book less than 6 weeks before the date of your arrival, you must pay the total cost at the time of booking. If the full payment is not received by us on or before the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-advertise the week as available.

Liability
Under no circumstances will our liability to you exceed the amount that you have paid to
us.

Responsibility
The person making the booking confirms that he/she has the authority to do so on behalf of all the members of the group, and that he/she has read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy Policy

It is our policy to respect your privacy. We only collect the information we need to manage your booking and we don’t disclose it to others.
You can browse our website safe in the knowledge that we don’t know who you are and
that we make no attempt to find out anything about you.
There is some information that we are required to keep when you book, like your name
and address for the invoice. We will also ask you for your email address and telephone
number(s) in case we need to contact you about your booking. We never keep information about your bank details during the payment process.
In summary, we don’t collect your personal information unless it is relevant and
appropriate, and we do not store your information on the internet. We will not share your information with a third party unless we have obtained your express permission or unless we are required to do so by law. We will not sell or rent your personal details to a third party under any circumstances.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Returns.

We do not accept returns unless they were received damaged apon arrival for tackle, and we will require photo proof of this. We don’t accept returns on bait.
